1. Refunds and exchanges

All ticket sales are final. We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on purchased tickets. Please see section 2 regarding alterations and cancelations.

2. Alterations and Cancelations

2.1 The venue does not permit tickets to be refunded after purchase, except where a performance has been cancelled or abandoned when less than half of the performance has taken place.

2.2 If a refund takes place only the face value of the ticket price will be refunded, with all booking fees being non refundable.

2.3 Tickets may be exchanged for later performances or exchanged for a gift certificate for the venue which can be used at a later date.

2.4 The venue reserves the right to make any alterations to the cast or information advertised, by circumstances deemed necessary by an unavoidable cause.

2.5 Every effort will be made to inform customers of any alterations or cancellations to events but it is the responsibility of the customer to attain whether there have been any adjustments made to an event.

3. Terms of Payment

All tickets must be paid for in full at time of purchase. We do not accept ticket reservations

4. Admission

4.1 The venue reserves the right to refuse admission before and during performances.

4.2 Every effort will be made to admit late comers. This may be during a suitable break during the event/ performance but admittance can not always be guaranteed.

4.3 Late comers are in no way entitled to a refund; always allow sufficient time to travel to the venue.

4.4 You must be in possession of a valid ticket to enter an event at the venue.

4.5 All electrical equipment must be silenced/switched off before the start of the performance.

4.6 Strobe lighting, smoke effects and gun shots are sometimes used within performances.

5. Delivery

5.1 All tickets that have been selected via the mail out option will be delivered via first class post. The venue will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage made by Royal Mail.

5.2 The venue will endeavor to post all tickets out within 48 hours of receipt of payment. It is sometimes possible that you will not receive your tickets until 10 – 7 days of the event start date. If you have not received your tickets within this time please contact the box office at the venue.

5.3 If tickets are purchased for an event which takes place in 7 days or less please pick your tickets up from the box office.

5.4 Tickets selected for box office collection will be ready for collection immediately after payment has been processed. Please arrive at the box office no later than half an hour before the events scheduled start time.

6. Lost or Stolen Tickets

The venue is not responsible for any tickets that have been lost or stolen.

7. Ticket Resale

The resale of tickets is not permitted under any circumstances. The resale of tickets may be subject to laws and regulations. Any violation of such laws may result in your prosecution by such agencies.

8. Booking Fees

8.1 The price of all tickets advertised is subject to a per ticket, non refundable, booking fee. These fees vary depending on delivery preference.

8.2 Per ticket booking fees are used to pay for our credit/debit card processing services, merchant fees, the installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software, telephone lines, labor and all other costs associated with a ticket transaction. The Novas Scarman Social Enterprise group are a non profit making organization so all fees applied are not instated for profit gain.

9. Seating

The venue reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.
