A fantastic opportunity is now available for an innovative and driven individual to join as the Operations Manager of CUC Liverpool. The purpose of the role is to increase efficiency of all operations, optimisation and performance management of the food and beverage, box office staff and box office systems.The successful Operations Manager must have previous leadership experience in a senior position and have excellent IT and systems knowledge as well as an analytical and strategic mind.
This is a real hands-on role and would suit someone who enjoys an all encompassing and constantly changing position therefore a “hands on” and “can do” attitude is a must. The successful candidate will have excellent people management skills, good financial & commercial acumen and a demonstrable record of delivering service standards and quality assurance. In addition to the operational part of the role, the individual will be expected to be strategic in the long term growth of the CUC and a great ambassador for the building, demonstrating commitment to the mission and promoting equality and diversity in the day to day practice.
