We accept payment by cash or credit/debit card. We accept the following types of credit/Debit card: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Solo.
Delivery / Collection
During the booking process there are various ways in which you can choose to receive your tickets.
Print @ Home
We now have the fantastic option of allowing you to print your tickets at home. You can choose this option when buying online or over the phone. If purchasing online simply choose the Print @ Home option and your tickets will be sent directly to your email. If booking over the phone give your email address to the operator and your tickets will be emailed directly to your email inbox ready for you to print out. That’s all you need to do! Just bring a print out of the ticket with you for admission.
In person
Tickets will be ready for collection from the box office immediately after booking has been processed. If you choose to collect your tickets from our box office please ensure that you pick your tickets up no later than half an hour before scheduled performance start time. Please bring the credit/debit card that you paid with when picking tickets up from the box office.
By post
All tickets selected for this method will be sent out via first class post. Please note that a postage cost will apply.
Booking Fees
There is a booking fee applied to all tickets purchased. Depending on the delivery method selected the booking fee will vary. The booking fee is charged per ticket and is used to pay for our credit/debit card processing services, merchant fees, the installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software, telephone lines, labor and all other costs associated with a ticket transaction. The Novas Scarman Social Enterprise group is a registered charity and are a non-profit making organization and fees associated with bookings are not instated to gain profit for the organization.
